Navigos Group participated in the “University–Enterprise Cooperation Forum”, hosted by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) in collaboration with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
This year’s forum, themed “Trilateral Cooperation in High-Tech and Strategic Technology Training and Research,” brought together nearly 120 leaders from government agencies, international organizations, corporations, and associations. The event served as a significant platform to strengthen collaboration among the State, academia, and enterprises to address pressing challenges of the economy.
As a leading expert in human resources, Navigos Group contributed in-depth perspectives on recruitment trends, and the core competencies students need to meet the evolving demands of the labor market. Representing Navigos Group, Mr. Hiroaki Shibata – Business Development Director – highlighted the company’s long-term vision of “Empowering Vietnam’s Future Workforce” and reaffirmed its mission of bridging the gap between education and industry needs.
Within the framework of the forum, Navigos Group officially signed a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Danang University – one of Vietnam’s leading national universities. The agreement was one of 21 strategic MOUs executed at the forum and aims to:
· Strengthen career orientation for students.
· Develop practical skills aligned with business demands.
· Support training and professional development through innovative programs and resources.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Hiroaki Shibata shared:
