It is forecast that the demand to recruit foreigners for management positions will arise more in this segment. In addition, a wave of Vietnamese candidates has returned to the market after the “frozen” of this industry due to Covid-19.

Banks continue to have high recruitment demand for positions in technology, data and consulting for the bank’s high-end products

Digital transformation has been implemented for 3 – 5 years by many banks, but mainly in large banks with strong potential. However, from 2021 to this time of 2022, many banks from small to large are also entering this race. In one hand, banks need to increase their competitiveness in the market. In the other hand, the impact of Covid-19 has forced banks to accelerate this digital transformation process.
