• Hanoi led in total job posting volume, while Ho Chi Minh City showed a faster pace of recovery, reflecting different hiring growth drivers between Vietnam’s two largest labor markets.

The increase in hiring demand comes alongside improvements in Vietnam’s macro-economic indicators, including GDP growth of 7.83% in Q1/2026, as well as the recovery of industrial production, international trade, and foreign direct investment (FDI).
