Firms are facing difficulty in recruiting in terms of candidates’ quantity and quality

According to the latest VietnamWorks report on Vietnam’s labor market status in 2022, 89% of corporate respondents said they will actively promote recruitment in the last six months of the year, depending on the business scope and objective. Besides, 80% of workers at all professional levels surveyed said they need to change jobs and look for a new one in the final six months of 2022, and 51% of those polled intend to change jobs in the next six months.

This further confirms the labor market’s fierce competition for candidates in the second half of 2022.

Employees have opportunities to meet thousands of potential candidates

After a two-year-pandemic effect, VietnamWorks Job Fair is reoccurring in Ho Chi Minh City (27th August) and Ha Noi city (10th September). The event is planned to attract thousands of candidates with more than 2000 participants in Ho Chi Minh city and Ha Noi, respectively.
