VIETNAMWORKS – NAVIGOS GROUP RECEIVE PRESTIGIOUS INTERNATIONAL AWARDS RECOGNIZING ITS HUMAN GROWTH INITIATIVE

Navigos Group receive Asia Corporate & Excellence Sustainability Awards 2023, specifically acknowledged for its Community Initiative through the rebranding campaign of its VietnamWorks in 2022. This is the third prestigious international award that Navigos Group has had the honor to receive this year, following the PR Awards 2023 and the Asian Technology Excellence Awards 2023.

Acknowledging significant shifts in the perspectives and expectations of labor in the “Great Resignation” era after the Covid-19 pandemic, VietnamWorks underwent a transformation in 2022 with the new mission “Empower Growth”. This mission is guided by Navigos Group’s philosophy of “Human Growth,” aiming to accompany both companies and job seekers, constructing a long-term career path filled with inspiration and value.

Community activities associated with VietnamWorks’ “Empower Growth” mission have been recognized by numerous reputable international awards. Notably, the rebranding campaign of VietnamWorks in 2022 integrating AI into the Job Envision story (happy career picture) received the Gold prize at the PR Awards 2023 under the category of “Best Use Of Technology.” Recently, this initiative was also acknowledged at the Asian Technology Excellence Awards 2023 for technology and innovation in Asia, organized by the Asian Business Review magazine.

The Job Envision tool by VietnamWorks creates a personalized “picture” describing a happy career using AI technology which enables job seekers to visualize the overall value of their pursued job, connecting them with suitable positions aligned with their values. This approach helps candidates shape a more sustainable career direction rather than relying solely on the traditional job description, fostering an easier path to success and reaching the journey towards a happy career.

In a short span, VietnamWorks assisted over 3,000 candidates in creating their “picture” of a happy career, additionally hosting a series of exhibitions and workshops on the “Happy Career Journey” for over 1,200 people in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Continuing the journey of Human Growth – Unleash the next for companies and job seekers

Continuing the “Empower Growth” journey, in 2023, VietnamWorks carried out a series of community programs sharing about the “Happy Career”, collaborating with the Government, Youth Organizations, Universities, and Business Associations to help job seekers gain essential soft and hard skills and a career direction, thereby becoming a high-quality talent pool for the country and having high employability. Notably, the project “Empower Growth – Vietnam Digital Talents” was coordinated by VietnamWorks with Google and the National Innovation Center (NIC) to provide 2,500 scholarships for senior-year students and job-seekers.

Specifically, through the “Empower Growth 2023″campaign, VietnamWorks hosted several workshops for millions of students and young job-seekers across various fields, especially in specialized areas like Information Technology. Besides, VietnamWorks supported to equip this key future workforce with a comprehensive package to start their career, such as CV writing skills, practical interview experiences with employers, detailed career roadmap, etc., and connected them with over2,000 job opportunities each month.

With efforts aimed at bringing forth a happy career journey for the community, Navigos Group was once again recognized as an Asian Corporate & Excellence Sustainability 2023 (ACES Awards) at the ceremony held on November 24th in Malaysia. This is the most sought-after annual award in Asia, honoring organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements in two main areas – leadership and corporate social responsibility.
