Recently, in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, VietnamWorks successfully hosted the Exclusive CLP Diamond Conference 2025, themed “Choose to Win,” shared by international speaker Tom Ziglar. More than just a deep gratitude to our strategic partners, the event was an inspiring journey that empowered leaders to discover the key to “Leave Your Legacy by Design, Not by Chance.”

Following the success and positive feedback from our business community, VietnamWorks is once again honored to welcome Mr. Tom Ziglar back to Vietnam. His second appearance was the answer to the aspirations of leaders for a sustainable development journey, based on authentic values and a long-term vision.

Mr. Tom Ziglar is currently the CEO of Ziglar Corporation and the author of Choose to Win and 10 Leadership Virtues for Disruptive Times. He is also the proud son and successor to the legacy of the legendary Zig Ziglar – the world’s top motivator, who spread positive life values and was invited to the White House to meet U.S. Presidents throughout his career. Continuing that legacy, Tom Ziglar consistently spreads the Ziglar spirit and powerful inspiration to a new generation of leaders worldwide.

At the Choose to Win workshop, speaker Tom Ziglar invited us to enter a different life journey, not just to succeed, but to become a better person, create value, and ultimately leave a legacy. The sequence “BE → DO → HAVE → GIVE → LEGACY” is the internal map of that journey. Each step is a deeper layer in living purposefully and developing oneself fully.

 The workshop also provided the “Goal-Setting 7-step system by Ziglar.” This classic formula helps transform dreams into concrete action plans across seven life areas: Mental, Spiritual, Physical, Family, Financial, Personal, and Career, thereby helping individuals enhance their overall quality of life. 

Through the workshop, Mr. Tom Ziglar delivered a powerful message: “True success begins when you replace bad habits with good habits.” 

The event concluded in the warm atmosphere of a networking luncheon, where connections were strengthened and stories of life and career continued to be shared.
