In Vietnam, a short survey conducted by VietnamWorks in August 2024, involving nearly 400 businesses, indicated that 41% of respondents were using Generative AI for recruitment and HR management tasks. Specifically, 28% of businesses use GenAI to draft job descriptions (JD), 21.7% use it for automated job postings, another 21.7% apply GenAI for CV screening, and 6.6% use it for chatbot-based interviews. These numbers demonstrate the rapid rise of GenAI in helping businesses optimize their human resource management.

Generative AI offers the potential to save HR departments an average of 30% of the time spent on tasks. Specifically, GenAI plays a pivotal role in automating JD creation, analyzing, and screening CVs with exceptional accuracy. Additionally, GenAI is proving effective in candidate assessments during interviews and streamlining the onboarding process, making the entire recruitment process faster and more professional.
