On October 28, the talkshow “Opportunities for the inexperienced” at FPT University attracted nearly 300 students, delivering a powerful message: having “little experience” is not a disadvantage – it’s a starting point for growth.

The session encouraged participants to recognize the potential within their early experiences and turn them into meaningful steppingstones for their careers. Students explored emerging job trends for 2025, essential skill sets for young professionals, and the transformative role of AI in reshaping industries.

With authentic stories and practical examples shared by Navigos Group experts, the talk show inspired students to view inexperience not as a limitation, but as a starting point to learn, experiment, and grow.

“Making friends with AI” – from self-discovery to self-development

While the FPT talkshow focused on self-exploration, the session at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education highlighted the importance of learning to work with technology. Students were encouraged to see AI as a reliable companion in both their academic and professional journeys.

On October 30, the talk show “AI Transformation in HR Tech & How Students Should Leverage AI in Their Career Path” gathered more than 600 students. The event guided them through three stages of growth: career exploration with AI, holistic skill development, and adaptation to a changing job market. The atmosphere reached its peak when students experienced Upzi’s “Smart Career Suggestion” feature firsthand – a tool designed to help users understand their strengths, discover suitable career paths, and make informed decisions about their future.

After the event, many students were inspired to no longer fearing change, but ready to embrace and lead it.
