The global and Vietnamese IT labor markets have undergone significant transformations in recent years, reflecting rapid technological advancements and evolving employer demands. In addition to the widespread layoffs driven by economic volatility, 2023 marked the explosive rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI), as this technology transitioned into the mainstream, capturing widespread attention and igniting innovation within the tech sector. As we enter 2024, AI remains at the forefront, promising groundbreaking developments in the near future. With its ability to automate processes and enhance efficiency, AI not only drives productivity and economic growth but also requires millions of people worldwide to reskill or upskill to stay relevant. In this dynamic tech environment, many reports predict that AI may replace certain roles in the IT industry, while also creating new job opportunities.

In the past, building AI research and development teams was a time-consuming and costly endeavor. However, with the advancement of Generative AI, even small teams can now create transformative changes for businesses in a short time if they know how to fully harness its potential.
