Redefining the traditional job description, Job Envision becomes a captivating new trend

Nowadays, changing one’s career path due to unsatisfied self-worth has become a more common occurrence. This raises a question: Is it difficult for employees to identify if the position they apply for meets their own values right from the job description?
As the market develop, job description can’t lag behind!
Over the past decade, the ‘Job Description’ (JD) still remains the bullet points listing the daily tasks, skills required, or the description of the environment and benefits. The JDs are skimmed through pretty quickly with similar content, and it’s more common than ever for candidates to focus primarily on the salary. Before everyone knows it, recruitment and job search still remain largely at these exchanges, but have progressed to the cooperation to create long-term values.
