VietnamWorks website new features:
- New Interview Q&A database to help job seekers have better preparation for interviews
- New Salary database to help job seekers have better idea of their own value and job market
- WowCV has new design, allows creating CV automatically from VietnamWorks profile, with 20 beautiful and professional templates to choose from
- New design of VietnamWorks Profile, allowing users to show more information to recruiters
VietnamWorks Mobile app new features:
- Interview Q&A and Salary database are also on VietnamWorks Mobile app
- Users can search for jobs in multiple locations on mobile app
- Users can use VietnamWorks’ job map to easily find jobs near them
- Users can track their job applications on mobile app
VietnamWorks Employer Portal new features:
- Recruiters can create email template with auto-fill information to quickly send to applicants
- They can schedule emails to send to applicants later
- Recruiting teams can collaborate by giving Ratings to applicants, and Compare applicants easily on VietnamWorks
- VietnamWorks can help collect CVs from multiple job boards automatically
- HR team can even onboard new employees with VietnamWorks Onboarding
- Recruiters can send surveys to employees to get to know them better with Survey feature
