Navigos Group and Ton Duc Thang University Signed Strategic Partnership at the 2025 Job Fair & Business Networking Event

Ho Chi Minh City, December 5, 2025 – Within the framework of the 2025 Job Fair & Business Networking Event held at Ton Duc Thang University, representatives of Navigos Group, Mr. Hirohide Uchiyama – Marketing Director, and Ton Duc Thang University officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This milestone marks an important step in strengthening collaboration between academia and industry, with the shared goal of developing a high-quality young workforce for the Vietnamese labor market.

According to data from the General Statistics Office, although Vietnam’s labor market recorded positive signals in the third quarter of 2025, the unemployment rate among young people aged 15–24 remained at 9.03%, approximately four times higher than the overall unemployment rate of 2.22%. Notably, around 1.6 million young people were neither employed nor participating in education or training, highlighting the significant challenges faced by newly graduated students when entering the labor market.

With the aim of accompanying the university to help address this situation, Upzi – career guidance and job matching application for young people developed by Navigos Group – participated in the 2025 Job Fair & Business Networking Event organized by Ton Duc Thang University as a strategic partner, supporting students during their transition from academia to the labor market. At an event that attracted nearly 5,000 students and nearly 60 enterprises, Upzi served as a key career guidance touchpoint, where students could directly raise questions, share career concerns, and receive tailored advice aligned with their capabilities, interests, and current recruitment trends.

With Ton Duc Thang University’s strong orientation toward human development and the integration of education with real-world practice, the TDTU Job Fair serves as a meaningful meeting space for universities, businesses, and students. Accompanying the event as a Silver Sponsor, Navigos Group continues to affirm its commitment to strengthening the connection between high-quality young talent and the Vietnamese labor market.

In addition to the signing ceremony, the panel discussion titled “Promoting Collaboration Between Universities and Enterprises in Training and Recruitment” delivered practical insights for students. Representing Navigos Group, Mr. Phan Thanh Hien – Director of Engineering & Product Management, shared perspectives on the application of AI in recruitment, helping students better understand labor market requirements and proactively equip themselves with relevant skills, technological mindset, and adaptability for future changes.
