HO CHI MINH CITY, May 7, 2026 – Navigos Group, in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Accounting Association (HAA), the UEH Business School (University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City), the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA), and Smart Train Academy, officially hosted a seminar to launch the Research Report titled: “Career Development Pathways and Advanced Training in Accounting and Auditing”.  

Held at Campus B of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, the event drew over 70 distinguished guests. Attendees included organizational leaders and representatives from prominent domestic and international professional accounting and auditing bodies, namely the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA), the Vietnam Association of Accountants and Auditors (VAA), the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VICA), the Ho Chi Minh City Accounting Association (HAA), the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Consultants and Agents Association (HTCAA), ACCA, ICAEW, and CPA Australia. The seminar also welcomed Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), executives from leading auditing firms, as well as faculty members and management representatives from more than 10 universities across Ho Chi Minh City and its neighboring areas.

For the post-2018 graduate cohort, the pre-graduation employment rate reaches an impressive 48.8%.

Furthermore, recruitment demand is experiencing a strategic shift toward high-value roles, including audit assistants, accounting and tax services, corporate finance, and risk management.
