Loving Mid-Autumn Festival: Spreading the Wings of Knowledge Buon Ma Thuot, October 4–5, 2025

Under the golden glow of the Mid-Autumn moon, our Dream Makers set out on a journey filled with love and purpose.

Traveling to Buon Ma Thuot City, we carried a special mission: to bring books, learning tools, and smiles to children in need helping them spread their wings of knowledge and continue their journey to school.

  • At Tran Quoc Toan Primary School, where most students come from ethnic minority families, we were greeted with shy smiles and curious eyes. Every week, they have one library session, but with so few books, they cannot afford to buy new ones, they often read the same ones again and again. That’s why this visit was so special. The moment they received the new books, many sat right in the schoolyard, reading aloud together. Their laughter and voices filling the air. It was a simple yet powerful moment that reminded us how knowledge can open a whole new world for those eager to learn.

  • At Phan Xi Co (St. Francis) Boarding House, Catholic sisters lovingly care for 60 ethnic minority girls from remote villages whose families cannot afford to send them to school. The sisters have created a safe and nurturing home where the girls can study and grow completely free of charge. Deeply passionate about education and reading, the sisters encourage the girls to see books as a way to change their future. When they received the new, colorful books, joy and excitement filled the room. We hope these books will inspire the girls to dream big and one day return to uplift their families and hometown communities.

At Navigos Group, we have always believed that people are our greatest asset. Our mission goes beyond connecting employers and job seekers. It is about nurturing potential, encouraging learning, and helping people grow.

We believe that building a sustainable labor market starts with investing in the young generation, the people who will one day shape the future of Vietnam.

This trip reminded us why we exist as a company: to help people realize their dreams and to empower those who strive not only for themselves but also for others.

We will continue to create opportunities for people who dare to care, people who choose to build a more compassionate and sustainable future.
