The online job-searching platform VietnamWorks, from the leading human resource recruitment service provider Navigos Group Vietnam, has officially announced a new brand identity after 20 years of building and operating in the Vietnamese market.
For the first time since its establishment, VietnamWorks has repositioned the brand with a major change in its logo and slogan, while prioritizing a strategic development that focuses on the core values of each individual, enterprises in society towards a “Joyful Career Path” (Empower Growth).
With “Empower Growth”, VietnamWorks will accompany businesses and employees to build a long-term career path full of inspiration and value. A happy employee is one that feel they have grown through their work, is well-prepared with capability and courage to confidently step up to higher positions and create meaningful value to the community. In particular, the position and salary will become a necessary condition, while the values behind it become the sufficient conditions make a job whole. VietnamWorks believes that “There is lots value behind each position” that contribute to society, so the brand chooses to accompany employees and businesses to build a Joyful Career Path” (Empower Growth), so when each individual’s efforts are linked to community value, it will create a cycle of continuing value.
In order to clearly showcase the new position of “Empower Growth”, VietnamWorks’ logo has undergone an impressive change in the design as well as the message and meaning that it wants to convey to the customers, job seekers and recruiters. Although the new logo still retains the typical blue color of the brand, the familiar image of a man holding a briefcase has now become an individual who steps forward, embraces and connects with businesses, communities, society to jointly contribute and create sustainable values – a complete career cycle.
