[ANNOUNCEMENT] WARNING RECRUITMENT SCAM IMPERSONATING NAVIGOS GROUP

Ho Chi Minh City, November 22, 2024 – Navigos Group Vietnam JSC. (Navigos Group, VietnamWorks, Navigos Search) officially alerts job seekers about fraudulent activities involving individuals impersonating our brand to carry out recruitment scams.

WARNING: RECRUITMENT SCAM IMPERSONATING NAVIGOS GROUP

Reports from several job applicants reveal that scammers posted recruitment ads for labor export to oversea countries in Facebook groups. The posts did not disclose the recruiter’s identity, but interested applicants who made contact were then reached through Messenger to provide personal information and later received forged documents bearing Navigos Group’s signature and seal.

Fake recruitment information for overseas labor impersonating Navigos Group Vietnam Joint Stock Company has been posted on Facebook groups.

The scammers further demanded applicants transfer amounts ranging from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of VND for “processing fees.” After receiving the money, applicants were instructed to submit physical documents to Navigos Group Vietnam’s office. However, after receiving money, the scammers deactivated their Facebook, Messenger accounts and phone numbers, cutting off all contact.

After providing personal information, candidates will receive a set of documents with forged signatures and stamps under the name of Navigos Group Vietnam Joint Stock Company and are then asked to transfer money for processing the documents.

The scammer requests candidates to transfer money to various business accounts that do not belong to Navigos Group Vietnam Joint Stock Company.

Through this notice, Navigos Group clarifies the following:

1. Currently Navigos Group DOES NOT conduct any recruitment activities related to labor export to oversea countries.

2. Most importantly, throughout our recruitment processes, Navigos Group DOES NOT charge any fees to applicants.

3. The vacancies of Navigos Group, VietnamWorks, Navigos Search or our customers are only posted on our official websites including:

For vacancies at Navigos Group Vietnam JSC., all candidates need to experience a recruitment process which is clearly communicated via email from Navigos Group with domain names: navigosgroup.com or vietnamworks.com; navigossearch.com. In addition, candidates will also be invited to interview directly at the company’s offices:

5. Navigos Group strongly advises job seekers to verify recruitment information carefully before applying or sharing personal details or making any payment.
