4. Strategy & Execution

As career decisions become increasingly complex and require longer-term vision, VietnamWorks adopted a depth-driven approach, gradually encouraging professionals to reflect on, redefine, and strengthen their understanding of career standing.

The campaign strategy was executed across three consecutive phases: Teasing – Launching – Amplify, each serving a distinct purpose while contributing to a seamless awareness journey.

Teasing – Spark the Question

The Teasing phase marked the beginning of the awareness journey by placing professionals in front of fundamental questions: How are they making career decisions in today’s evolving landscape?

Instead of delivering a direct message, the campaign adopted an indirect approach, encouraging self-reflection through interactive activities such as surveys, mini-games, and the visual content series “Job Searching: Then vs. Now.”

The content focused on highlighting how job selection criteria have evolved, particularly under the influence of the AI era, revealing a key insight: traditional career mindsets and approaches are gradually becoming outdated.

Building on this momentum, a teaser video was released as an opening signal, generating anticipation and curiosity while preparing audiences for the launch of the official TVC.

Launching – Defining the PROsition Framework

The Launching phase began with the introduction of the campaign’s Key Visual identity and a three-minute TVC, portraying three career transformation stories achieved with VietnamWorks.

The TVC delivered a central message encouraging experienced professionals to step beyond their comfort zones and redefine success on their own terms.

To maximize reach, the TVC was adapted into multiple short-form versions and deployed across social platforms, Vietnam Airlines flights, office-district billboards, Metro lines, and major media outlets including Tuổi Trẻ, CafeF, Zing, VnExpress, and Dân Trí.

During this phase, PROsition was not presented as a theoretical concept. Instead, it was gradually introduced through in-depth content streams and the social media series “Career Diagnosis Profiles.” This approach made the message more relatable, practical, and accessible while reinforcing VietnamWorks’ role as a long-term career companion.

Amplify – Strengthening Trust & Deepening Brand Connection

Once audiences became familiar with the PROsition concept, the Amplify phase focused on strengthening credibility and building deeper emotional connection with the brand.

Rather than creating another communication peak, this stage prioritized a more meaningful objective: fostering long-term engagement with professionals.

VietnamWorks rolled out a series of videos highlighting its core values, alongside the “Workplace Quotes” content series, which recreated authentic and relatable workplace situations. Through these narratives, the campaign reinforced the importance of a professional working environment, one where individuals are valued not only for short-term results but also given space to grow and realize their full potential.

5. Results

Through a strategic approach and integrated communication execution, the campaign quickly achieved strong visibility and engagement across digital platforms. Overall, the campaign recorded 27 million engagements, 28.6 million video views, and 26.6 million impressions.

On offline channels, the campaign further strengthened brand reach, generating over 10.5 million monthly impressions through digital billboard systems located in office buildings and key transportation routes. PR activities delivered an impressive ROI of 362%, significantly enhancing the campaign’s credibility and public trust.

These figures demonstrate strong resonance with the target audience. Notably, the results were achieved during the year-end period, typically a slower phase in the labor market, highlighting how well the campaign message aligned with the real mindset and evolving needs of working professionals.

In January 2026, VietnamWorks further expanded brand touchpoints by bringing the message “Achieve PROsition, Unlock PROtential” onto flights operated by Vietnam Airlines. Appearing within a setting closely associated with business travel and career transitions, the message not only increased brand visibility but also reinforced VietnamWorks’ image as a career partner accompanying professionals anytime, anywhere.
