Ho Chi Minh City, October 1st, 2019, Navigos Group, the leading HR service provider in Vietnam, officially announced the launch of its new corporate brand identity, including the aspiration for change; the official logo and tagline which are used from today.
I. The aspiration for corporate identity change
The ambition to develop a human-centric ecosystem
As Navigos Group became part of en-Japan in 2013, Navigos Group has inherited the product development strategy from the parent company – the 3E-Method associated with the career development cycle of each employee. Accordingly, to advance a career to a higher level, each employee constantly experiences the iterative cycle with stages: Evaluation of current competence (Evaluation); Recruitment process (Employment); Training for development (Education).
With the above product development orientation, Navigos Group has continuously launched new products outside the field of “Recruitment” for the past 5 years, such as IQ & EQ Capacity Assessment – 3E-IPTest; E-learning function of VietnamWorks.

II. The meaning of new corporate identity: logo and tagline
“Unleash the Next” represent Navigos Group’s essence
With the ambition of becoming a “human-centric ecosystem” along with Navigos Group’s mission of ” Helping people and companies achieve their dreams”, from the early days of establishment Navigos Group’s essence has always been expressed as: constantly exploring new potentials (including human and technology potential) to bring successes to clients and job-seekers; thereby helping everyone to unleash their next achievement; which is also every Navigos Group’s employee shared mission.
Mr. Gaku Echizenya shared: “Unleash the Next – This statement establishes our business development strategy, and also demonstrates the connection in the mindset and operating philosophy of every employee at Navigos Group for the past 17 years. This change in corporate identity has helped us position the essence of the business while shaping the overall character of both the organization and each employee, therefore, we use “Unleash the Next” as our official tagline associated with the Navigos Group brand.”

The new logo aligns with the human-centric direction
Originating from Navigos Group’s “human-centric” philosophy, combined with the company’s new ambition to become the comprehensive career development ecosystem, the concept of the logo design is visualized from the “human” element.
The “N” symbol (the first letter, represents Navigos Group) is personalized and designed in an upward direction. This part symbolizes a human-being leaping forwards with full-on force to seize the opportunity, to show the right spirit of “Unleash the Next”: Navigos Group always helps each person and business discover their potential and ambition, hence productively transform to unleash a new achievement.
The lighter blue as the azure sky and the darker blue inspired by the deep ocean, establishes the two “limitless” concepts, which are also positively true to the Navigos Group’s essence: deny limitation, endeavor more and unleash the next. This color usage also works as an homage to Navigos Group’s parent company: en group
The color used in the logo is put together with two different shades of blue. The lighter blue represents enthusiasm, mild, passion, … anthropomorphic factors that are consistent with the “human-centric” philosophy. The darker blue represents the cooperativeness; enthusiasm; multiculturalism … factors.
