- Development and/ or co-ordination of all agency training materials
+ Create original training content, in conjunction with our Pacific Training Dept. to support all aspects of agency operations including
* Initial sales training of agents
. In preparation, and pursuit of their MOF license
. In our direct sales process (e.g. sales presentation)
* On-going skill building training for improving productivity
* Management development programs for Line 1 and Line 2 managers
. Direct Hire on-boarding program
. Internal promotions
o Recruiting skills
o Managements functions and duties
- Conduct Initial Sales Training courses for new recruits at least twice per month (approximately an 8 day course)
- Conduct Management Training programs

- Engage in Field Training for new agents and managers
