Responsibilities:

Operate activities for leasing offices, hotels and trade center, including:

-         Develop Sales team

-         Look for and build up clients' database

-         Evaluate potential clients and propose high qualified projects for leasing

-         Coordinate with clients

-         Follow up the process of leasing

-         Assist Sales and Event Sales teams in securing and account handling clients.

-         Assist operations with best practices ideas to ensure clients retention.

Minimim career level:	Experienced (Non-Manager)
Minimim education level:	Bachelors

Requirement:
- 5 – 7 years of working experience in Office for lease (prefer working experience as sales manager of Hotels and Real Estate companies)
- Ability to work in challenging market conditions
- Strong organizing and leader skills
- Ability to implement and monitor sales account management practices through the team
- English fluency
